Nite Mirror
I've mentioned that I like Early Grey tea in this journal several times. Well, I usually buy this plastic wrapped cardboard box of the tea bags. Shopping yesterday, I bought a tin of Earl Grey. It is the same brand I always get. I figured they were just getting a fancier package than the cardboard I'm used to getting. I opened the tin and broke the safety seal on it today. Um, there are all these plant chunks in the tin and no tea bags to be found. Ya know, I'm suspecting I bought a tin of loose Earl Grey tea instead of the stuff in the tea bags.

Hmm, I guess I've got to work something out with my coffee filter to make the stuff now. I doubt the store would take it back with the seal broken.

I think you need one of those tea ball thingies to put the tea in?

Yeah, I prob will get one. Btw, that's the technical term for them, right? Tea ball thingies? ;)

Aye, a tea ball will solve your issue. Or if you steep with loose leaves, you can do some leaf reading after you enjoy the tea.

I'll prob. get something in a few days when I've got a bit more pocket change.

Although, I've discovered that those filters from my coffee maker fit nicely in the mugs I usually make the tea in. I may steep the tea with the filter in the mug and then take the filter out, or steep it loose then pour it through the filter to remove the leaves.

Hmm, /em wonders if instead of leaves, stays might .... naw, never mind.
