Nite Mirror
I was getting ready for bed a little while ago (should have been in bed long ago, but ... ah, wasn't). Well, I had just finished brew, ... er, with tea I guess it's steeping -- I'm not really happy with my loose tea, but that's another entry (or prob. not even).

Well, anyway, just to make note of an unusual occurrence, there was a loud bang outside several minutes ago. Fawn's still pressed to my side, scared (she has a thing about loud noises). I couldn't see anything when I checked outside, but it had to be a car crash somewhere nearby.

Ah, on that note, I'll finish my tea while watching NBC's poker after dark, then it's to bed with me.

Night, all.

I would take the loose tea back to the shop unless that loud bang was another customer of theirs getting shot because he tried to exchange something too. :P

I'm guessing Fawn is that doggie in your icon window?

Yep, Fawn is my not so little puppy (that isn't really a puppy), and the icon is a pic. of her. :)

Well, once the safety seal on the tin is broken, I'm pretty much stuck with the loose tea. Hadn't realized I was buying loose instead of a pack of tea bags until after I opened the thing. Right now I dealing with steeping it in one cup and then pouring it through a strainer into another to drink.

Fawn is a cute dog.

Hmm, maybe as a way to make things easier you could use a clean handkerchief as a teabag and just tip it out each time you're done making the tea? Added advantage is that you'll be able to see your future in the tea-leaves every time you tip it out. :)

Hmm, while I think I'll stick with the strainer for now, maybe a cheesecloth from the grocery store would work too.
