Nite Mirror
Oy, where do I begin?

This month has been *busy*. Mom's friend dying, Dad's cataract operation, the annual trip to the cemetery, and K finally coming through on that job she's been mentioning for the last several months.

I have to get my business back in gear. I am ashamed that I let Mom's problems and her making me her personal 24/7 errand boy interfere with my business.

Plus I'll be going to a job interview with K next week. From what K says if she didn't have to report to her boss she'd skip the job interview with me. She told me it's a mere formality, but I already have done a little studying for it. I looked up info on that company and now I can weave my new knowledge into the interview and surprise her that I know more than she thinks I do about the company during the interview. Plus, I want to stop and take some time to anticipate and prepare for some of the questions she'll be asking me.

So soon I'll find out if N's "horror" stories of K as a boss are true. (If she was as bad as N says why are they still the best of friends?)

Good luck with that interview/job.

If the boss is bad you can still laugh all the way to the bank.

Unless too nozy, what will you be doing???

Well, just retail selling of ... (sigh) PC software -- games mostly. (Yep, I'll be going over to the dark side).

I'm pretty sure "N" was exaggerating because they are close friends, and he "survived" working for her long enough to get promoted to manager of his own store. (and hiring K's ex for his store, but that's another story)
