Nite Mirror
Well, It's official. O has been declared "silent" in my email chess game. I went to request a new 2 game match with the IECG and found they had already updated my membership records and recorded these two unfinished games as wins for me. I was thinking they would just declare them null and void since we didn't get much passed the opening and no one had a clear advantage in the games yet. What a way to get my first rated chess victories.

On other fronts I received an email from P, an email pen pal from Italy that I met through IECG. In my last letter to him I mentioned I was learning Klingon. He wondered if he should learn it and maybe we could switch to writing in Klingon. I said that might be fun.

My CATALOG is here!!!!

Hiyah B!

Got the catalog and it is lovely... what nice things and reasonably priced. Loved the newsletter, too. Gee I got MENTIONED!

Going to order a monkey lamp. My brother owns a restaurant in RI called THE RED FEZ and he collects a lot of fez and monkey fez type things for the bar and restaurant area. I can take that lapshade and paint it red and put a little golder tassle on it and I guarantee he and his girlfriend will LOVE it.

Am going to include five bucks so I can get theBIG catalog, too, OK?

Re: My CATALOG is here!!!!

I'm glad you liked everything, and as you'll find out I do tend to slip people's names into my newsletters from time to time. I'll have a spring WOP (World of Products) catalog ready for you.

I think I'd like to visit you're brother's restaurant. It sounds interesting. Although that would be a bit of a drive since I'd be coming from the Chicago area.

I visited RI once with some of my fraternity brothers back in my college days. That trip may have inspired a bit on the Seinfeld TV show too. A few months after my trip the show had a bit joke identical to something that happen during the trip. So I think the ladies my fraternity brothers and I were talking to at a Newport seaside bar had some connection to the show.
