So they downgraded my account no problem. Two days later, I go to work on it and find I can't get into the account. It seems when they downgraded the account, my password somehow was changed too.
I wrote them two emails (or at least I *thought* I did) about that last week and expected to get one from them today telling me the situation was resolved. Tonight I worked up a bit of steam that I didn't get an email from them. Then I checked my email out going records. It seems I didn't send them the second email with the information they requested from me.
Oops. At least there was no one around to see me making a fool of myself by getting upset over something that was partly my fault.
Switching to talking about my business website now, I was thinking of changing it over to a St. Patrick's Day theme and putting some holiday items on the main page. But it seems that my supplier has cut back on the holiday items they sell. They have Easter things, but I can't seem to find any St. Patrick's Day stuff. Well, I can still get St. Patrick's Day pins. I don't have time to advertise it, but I think I'll give them away with orders up until St. Pat's day like I did last year anyway. :-P~~~~
