update: I just had Babel Fish translate that Russian website for me. It was a very poor English translation compared to what I'm used to seeing from Babel Fish for other languages. It was good enough that I got the gist that it was some kind of Russian sales pitch selling something that didn't translate into English though. Definitely spam.
