Ok, now that's out of my system. I had some venting to do. After the morning I had I've taking the afternoon off. Drove by the lake front after lunch. With the overcast sky I was expecting the lake to be choppy, but since there was no wind to speak of the lake was actually peaceful today although still reflecting the gray of the sky.

It's amazing how when I go by the lake front I can almost sense emotions from the lake itself. I was upset when I drove by there today, but the lake seemed just a little moody. Sort of melancholy.

It's interesting how people read emotions into their environment. If there had been 2 or 3 foot waves today combined with the grayness I would have said the lake was angry. On a sunny days when it's rich blue and has large waves it "seems" happy and energetic. We judge others' emotions by their body language. I suppose that's just a short step away from assigning emotions to the environment because of how it looks.
